About Rick

Hey, I’m Rick, and I am on a mission to help everyday people acquire cash-flowing boring businesses.

I spent years in venture capital and private equity watching how real wealth actually gets built. It is not startups or crypto. It is ownership of profitable, stable businesses that generate cash every month.

When I went out on my own, my first deal humbled me. A seller manipulated the financials and it cost me six figures. Instead of quitting, I rebuilt the entire process from that failure: a sourcing system, a screening filter, and a deal structure playbook that protects the buyer at every step.

Today I run my own private equity firm, operate my own businesses, and share every step of my process with my students and followers. Everything I teach, I am doing right now with my own money.
